The apartment is located on the large terrace of a villa overlooking the sea a few steps from the beach and enjoys a stunning view of the bay and of the Pontine Islands. It can sleep up to four guests and has two bedrooms, two bathrooms, a kitchen and a cool terrace for dining and relaxing
Activities
A few meters from the house you can find a nice beach of fine sand with showers for guests. Little crowded even in high season and suitable for children. Beach umbrella, sunbed and deckchair hire available. Nearby you will find a beach resort with bar, restaurant by the sea, beach tennis and playground area.

Fantastic location on the beach with spectacular views
The terrace is amazing, almost directly on the beach, with a beautiful view of the sea and spectacular sunsets from the elevated position of this wonderful panoramic terrace. Add to all this the sound of the waves 24 hours a day, very relaxing and refreshing. We found it to be the perfect size for the two of us; with four,
it would have been tiring. A wonderful beach, so many charming towns and so many other sensational things to explore (for example, the dunes of Sabaudia, the historic center of Sperlonga). We highly recommend it for an unforgettable summer holiday.

We spent a week with my boyfriend in this beautiful apartment overlooking the sea, we loved it so much that we came back the next year with a couple of friends!
Truly a little paradise with huge terrace perfect for summer happy hours and dinners. It is only 30 meters from the beach with supermarket and cafe at the entrance of the compound street!

Ideally located in a private street the apartment is a stone's throw from the beach. The welcome from Susana is very friendly and warm.
The apartment is simple but sufficient for four people.
The terrace and the sea view is the great advantage of the rental.

Susanna is one of those great hosts that make you proud of using Airbnb. She is very kind, always available and willing to help and to make you feel comfortable. The apartment is great, the sea view is absolutely awesome, and everything is very clean and cozy. The apartment is located unbelievable near to the see, something like 50 meters. There is a supermarket and a bar at the entrance of the private village, so this is the perfect place to setback and relax.

If you are near Terracina you have to stay here!! Susanna and her husband were so welcoming and genuine. The place overlooks the water and is so relaxing. Her place was clean and Susanna made sure we had everything we needed. She even brought us croissants one morning and her husband took us to the train station. We would definitely come back here in the summer!!

We had a really great time at Susanna's. She was very welcoming and careful to the smallest detail to make our stay enjoyable. Susanna is a great host and we very much enjoyed our stay here. The apartment is right beside the beach and has wonderful views of the coast and the mountains behind. In the evenings it was wonderful to sit on the terrace, watch the moon rise and listen to the waves on the beach.
