All mattresses are provided with mattress covers and bed pillows with pillowcases, washed and sanitized at each guest change
For hygiene reasons, bed and bath linen is not provided. It can be requested at the time of booking with the following surcharge: €100 for 4 guests, €80 for 3 guests, €60 for 2 guests, €40 for 1 guest.

BOOKING AND CANCELLATION POLICY
Minimum stays of one week, with arrival and departure on Saturday, from May to October. For the central weeks of August, including Ferragosto (August 15th), a minimum stay of two weeks is required.
Deposit required: 30% of the total amount, to be paid within 7 days of confirmation. The balance is due upon check-in.
Security Deposit: To ensure the proper use of the property and its amenities, a security deposit of €200 is required at check-in.
Cancellation: 70% refund if canceled at least 3 months before check-in, 25% if canceled at least 1 month before, and no refund if canceled less than 1 month before check-in.
