Minimum stay: one week, Saturday to Saturday (two weeks for August 8-22). 30% deposit upon confirmation. Cancellation: 70% refund if cancelled at least three months before check-in, 25% refund if cancelled at least one month before check-in, no refund less than one month before check-in. In cases of force majeure (documented serious health reasons, administrative restrictions), reservations will be assessed on a case-by-case basis.
