House Rules:​​

• A maximum of four guests are allowed and a maximum of one more child up to the age of 7 is allowed if sleeping with parents or in the folding bed provided

• Extra guests are not allowed, nor are adult guests or minors other than those indicated at the time of booking and registered with an identification document, day or night.

• Private parties are not allowed during the day or night

• Loud music is not allowed during the day or at night

• The garden and outdoor areas of the villa are not available to guests

• No smoking inside the flat, permitted in outdoor areas

• No barbecues of any kind are allowed

• Lock the entrance gate of the villa both day and night

• May not be suitable for children under 5 and over 70 years of age due to 
  the stairs

• We disclaim any responsibility for the loss, theft or damage of items belonging to you.

  In the Kitchen:

• REFRIGERATOR: Keep the selector in position 3 even if the outside temperature is high. Never disconnect the plug. Check that it is always well closed.

• WASHING MACHINE: Select wash 5 for cotton clothes and linen. Only use liquid washing machine soap (not powder soap).

• GAS MACHINE: This is connected to the gas container located outside, next to the kitchen entrance door, in its compartment protected from the sun. To use the gas machine, open the gas tap on top of the gas container by turning it by about 90 degrees. It is recommended to close the gas tap after using the gas machine and always when you are away and at night. In the kitchen, on the wall to the left of the gas machine, you will find another safety gas tap (black circular one with a white arrow) that can be closed for greater safety and can also be turned slightly to regulate the flow of gas from the gas machine nozzles. 

• OVEN: the oven also turns on with gas. The gas nozzle is located in the centre of the lower shelf and the corresponding knob is in the middle. 

• TV: Turn on the monitor with the gray remote control or manually. Turn on the decoder with the black remote control or manually and wait for the light to turn green. Select channels with the black remote control on the decoder.
  All unencrypted satellite channels are visible, including all Rai and Mediaset ones

• WASTE:

• Please respect the instructions provided on site

• Please do not leave garbage and food of any kind on departure

  In the bathroom:

• BATHROOM HEATER: located in the bathroom of the double bedroom. It is turned on with the switch located just below the water heater. It provides hot water to all rooms and to the kitchen. It can be left on all the time

• RUNNIG WATER: It is not recommended to drink running water from the taps even if it is drinkable and comes from the provincial aqueduct.
  However, running water is excellent for cooking and personal use

  Terrace:

• The umbrellas must be closed in your absence and in case of wind.

• It is forbidden to lean out or climb on the parapets of the terrace

• Games with balls are not allowed on the terrace or in the apartment.

• It is recommended to climb and descend stairs carefully and always accompany children on the stairs

• In case of rain, please put all the cushions of sofas, armchairs, chairs and sunbeds inside the apartment

  Pets:

• It is allowed a small pet of maximum weight 5 kg. on approval at a cost of € 30 per stay to be communicated at the time of booking

• Pets must stay outside on the terrace and cannot enter the apartment

• Always close the gate at the top of the stairs of the terrace if you have pets, both day and night

• Pets must be leashed on stairs and when taken outside

• Never let pets loose in the garden of the villa and in the streets of the resort

• Please note that it is forbidden to bring pets to the beach

• To know that each year on August 14 at midnight, we have rather noisy fireworks on the beach in front of the house that can scare the pets

• Please note that two sterilized domestic cats live on the property. They hardly come near the terrace but we cannot totally guarantee it. Under any circumstances they should approach do not give them anything to eat.

   Personal Data:

• According to art. 13 of the D.L. 30.06.2003 n. 196, all the personal data of our Customers will be treated both through computer systems and manually, in order to carry out fiscal obligations (drawing up invoices, recording data etc.) and provide the requested service

• On Booking or upon arrival, customers will be asked for a document of identification
